The online analysis system for SMPO plant of CNOOC and Shell is the first set of Propylene oxide analysis system completed by our company, and also the largest order for single unit signed in recent years. There are 5 sets of Analyzer Houses in total, and the longest Analyzer House is nearly 15 meters. There are many kinds of instruments, including more than 70 analyzers, including gas chromatograph, oxygen analyzer, total hydrocarbon analyzer, titrator, total sulfur analyzer, TOC analyzer, trace oxygen analyzer, viscometer, densimeter, pH analyzers, dissolved oxygen analyzers, conductivity analyzers, and 70 sets of various sample conditioning systems. The complexity of the system is unprecedented. The whole company has worked together to solve many technical and construction problems, organized employees to seize every second to shorten the time limit, strictly control the quality and successfully complete all the system integration, which has won the time for customers' on-site installation.
